This three-part series
investigates how the archive is repositioning, both as archival
collection and as artistic tool. The series was organized by The Center for Book Arts.
Panel 3: “Artists Activating the Archive”
This panel examines the ways in which creative writers, visual
artists, and performers are using archives as a catalyst in their
own work and re-contextualizing archives as artwork. This panel
focuses on the evolving collaboration between archival
professionals and artists and how this new work is changing
